The CyTOF Core is located in the Mayer Building, Room 309.
Description Mass Cytometery is highly multi-parametric single cell analysis which uses mass spectrometry to allow simple, independent detection of up to 40 metal labeled antibodies based on currently available pre-conjugated antibodies and MAXPAR® conjugation kits.
CyTOF Signup and Access Click here to signup for a DFCI iLab account if you do not already have one. Once you have a DFCI iLab account, request access to the CyTOF Core. If you have not previously worked with the core, a consultation appointment needs to be scheduled before reservation acquisition time.

Samples that are shipped to the CyTOF core will require final wash steps (2 CSB, 1 CAS) and cell count to be performed by Core Staff.
